Run for Mental Health!
I run for my mental health, I donate to help others mental health. Thank you for doing the same.
I have had my blog about depression for a year now and it has helped me so much. This is another way I want to help others with depression.

This event raises awareness and understanding of mental illnesses such depression, bipolar and schizophrenia. It also aims to raises funds to help find new treatments for these debilitating illnesses.
Please support me and this event by making a donation. All proceeds are given to the Monash Alfred Psychiatry Research Centre (MAPrc) who research innovative new treatments, discover new diagnostic tools and improve service delivery for people with mental illness.

The Monash Alfred Psychiatry Research Centre (MAPrc) is an innovative and dynamic clinical research centre based at The Alfred Hospital and affiliated with Monash University, that strives to develop innovative new treatments and a better understanding of mental illnesses including schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder and autism.
